The National Mall provides access to numerous museums, but for our trip on Wednesday, August 14, Elizabeth Whitehouse has secured tickets for the National Museum of African American History and Culture. This trip will be limited to twelve residents and two staff members. The sign-up sheet has been available since Monday, August 5, in the Resident Business Center. The bus will leave at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, and return in time for lunch. There is no charge for the tickets, and the transportation fee is modest.
